Please reach out to us at help@nourriskin.com if your product is not what you expected. Our team will promptly respond to your concerns and assist you in returning eligible products. Please keep in mind that we may not be able to immediately edit an order if you recently ordered a product and we are in the final process of fulfilling and shipping it. Please see our FAQs below for an explanation of eligible products to return.

We have a 30-day return policy beginning at the time of package arrival. Your satisfaction is our #1 concern- we will make every effort to return your product in accordance with our guidelines. We require that all returns take place through our customer service team at help@nourriskin.com. If products are returned damaged or otherwise used beyond what is delineated in the questions below, then we may not be able to honor a reimbursement.

If your product was never delivered, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us at help@nourriskin.com for assistance. We will refund, return, or exchange any product that is damaged as a result of the Nourri manufacturing process; we endeavor to bring you the best product possible!

In an effort to help you get every drop of serum out of your bottle, our serum products utilize an airless pump with vacuum technology to draw out liquid. If your serum bottle is taken on a pressurized commercial flight or hardly handled, the vacuum seal on the pump may be lost. In almost every case, unscrewing the silver molded ring above the glass, and re-tightening it should restore the vacuum. Pump it a few times, and voila!

Refunds or returns may take time to properly post in your bank account. We will refund purchases to the account that made the order. If you have contacted your bank and your refund does not appear after some time, please reach out to us again at help@nourriskin.com and we will look into it!

If your product has been lightly used, or the formulation does not appear to be what we advertised, then we will return & refund your product, granted that it is within the 30-day time window. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal! We will not, however, return products that appear to have been consistently used or have been damaged after they arrive. Most Nourri products are recommended for use on sensitive skin; if your skin appears to respond negatively to a product, we recommend looking at other products, or in some cases our customer service team may work with you on an exchange. Used product returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
